3Z Sp. z o.o. from Piekary Śląskie (3Z Medical Smart Solutions) works in implantology and digital dentistry: the ICX implant system, the OpenLab3Z prosthetics laboratory, the Smart Clinic Creator programme for investors opening clinics, training, and an online store for dental practices.
Challenge
A medical company needs software tailored to its own processes, but does not want to keep a full team of developers permanently. Needs come in waves: one month it is developing an existing system, the next an integration or a new module - and the quality and continuity of work have to stay the same throughout.
Solution
We work as 3Z's external development team: we analyse needs together with the business, develop and maintain the company's software, look after integrations between systems and make sure changes reach production at a predictable pace. The team's engagement scales with the plan of work for each stage.
