A business leaders' network moves its paper processes into one app

Client and context

peer2peer runs Boards led by Chairs, where Members meet regularly in sessions, work on their goals and account for their tasks. Information about sessions, attendance and progress had to be collected and made accessible to Members - and onboarding of Chairs and Members was done on paper.

Challenge

One app had to serve three perspectives with distinct permissions: the Chair running a board, the Member working on their tasks and the network administrator. On top of that, digitising the R.A.P sheets that Members filled in by hand - without forcing them to retype anything.

Solution

We built an app with separate interfaces. A Chair creates Boards, schedules sessions, invites Members by email, and sees attendance, task lists and R.A.P sheet progress. A Member indicates attendance, keeps task lists with deadlines, completes R.A.P sheets or scans paper ones, and AI reads their content. The peer2peer admin panel lets the team invite and manage Chairs, define Workshop titles, industries and job titles, move Members between Boards and view the app as a user (masquerade mode).
